MIDDI whose real names are Moyinoluwa Adebayo is one of Nigeria‘s promising rap prospects. Born on the 18th Of April,1995,
MIDDI has two brothers and is the second child of the family. Hailing from Osun State, MIDDI entered the world of music thanks to his musical influences Big Sean, Wizkid & Sauce Kid (now known as Sinzu). He entered the professional arena of Hip Hop in 2011 through rappers Fearless and M- Flow. While on the move with M-Flow, one of Nigeria’s top Hip Hop producers Ex-O heard his rhyme and was impressed. MIDDI remembers Ex-O’s exact words clearly. “You are talented and very different, don’t change your style and keep doing your thing” said Ex- O. These words of encouragement inspired MIDDI. A few weeks later MIDDI got a call from M-Flow saying that frequent Ex-O collaborator Kay-L was interested in signing him.

In a short time MIDDI became the second artiste to be signed on the newly formed OIP Records. MIDDI who attended Prospects Private College is currently an undergraduate at the University of Ilorin where he is studying Information and Communication Technology. MIDDI is currently working on tracks for his debut mix tape which will be released in the coming months.
